Individual Inner Guidance

Trained Attitudinal Healing Facilitators are available for participants to meet individually with them. During this time, they discuss any questions, concerns a person may have about the curriculum, group dynamics or individual problems they do not want to share in a group.

Facilitators listen, gently guide and re-direct individuals to the Principles and encourage them to trust their own inner guidance. Talking individually can be beneficial by creating an additional safe space to share which builds trust. Discussions may be therapeutic, but it is not a substitute for therapy. It is a time to clarify and connect to a deeper understanding and practice of the 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing.

Individuals are requested to provide a donation to Attitudinal Healing St. Louis for this service.
